24 Hour ECG/ Holter ECG

This test is used on patients who have symptoms suggestive of a heart problem such as heart attack or abnormal heart rhythm. The test tracks the heart’s electrical activity and transfers the data to a computer and onto a printout sheet. This is the record of your resting heart rhythm and is used to help physicians diagnose arrhythmias.

At times the doctor might need a longer recording of the heart activity.We will be able to examine this for 24 hours and after which give a recommendation.
